Abstract
□ 본 연구는 해외주요 공적연금기금의 의결권행사와 관련된 각종 제도를 살펴보고, 향후 국민연금의 의결권행사와 관련된 제도개선의 벤치마크로 활용하고자 한다.
□ 국민연금이 급증하고 있는 국내주식지분으로 인해 주식시장에서의 책임성이 강조되고 있으며 UN의 Responsible Investment 협약에 가입될 가능성 등을 감안하여 각종 제도의 개선이 고려돼야 한다.
