dc.description.abstract	코로나19는 의약품 제조와 이동에 차질을 빚으면서 세계적으로 의약품 공급 부족 현상을 심화시켰고, 글로벌 공급망에 의존해 온 의약품 제조·공급 구조의 취약성을 드러냈다. 이 연구의 목적은 국내 의약품 공급의 안정성을 높이고 미래 공중보건 위기에 선제적으로 대응할 수 있는 공급 역량을 갖추기 위한 정책 개발에 필요한 기초자료를 마련하는 것이다. 이 연구는 필수의약품의 제조·공급망 강화에 초점을 맞추어 국내 정책과 의약품 제조·공급 구조의 현황에 관해 사례 분석을 수행하고, 코로나19 이후 미국, 유럽에서 진행된 의약품 제조·공급망 강화를 위한 정책과 논의 동향을 살펴보았다. 그리고 필수의약품 제조·공급의 회복력을 높이기 위한 정책 추진의 관점에서 향후 과제의 방향을 제시하였다.
dc.description.abstract	The objective of this study is to lay the groundwork for policies that enhance the stability of the domestic drug supply while building the capacity to respond proactively to future public health crises. It includes a case analysis of the current state of medicine supply chains and examines policy trends in the United States and Europe aimed at strengthening the manufacturing and supply chains of medicines since the onset of COVID-19. The study concludes by proposing four prospective policy measures to improve the resilience of essential medicine production and supply.
