In Korea's health policy, various ministries other than the Ministry of Health and Welfare are involved in the policy depending on the characteristics of the target population group or the content of the policy. Accordingly, it is very important to cooperate and coordinate so that the policies promoted by each ministry do not conflict or overlap with each other and do not create policy gaps. Focusing on health policies for school-age children and adolescents, this study identified overlaps and gaps in the content and scope of health policies across multiple ministries and examined problems in governance.
