| dc.description.abstract | 우리나라 건강정책은 주무 부처인 보건복지부 외에도 대상 인구 집단의 특성이나 정책의 내용에 따라 그 외 다양한 부처들이 정책에 관여하고 있다. 이에 따라 각 부처에서 추진하는 정책이 서로 상충되거나 중복되지 않도록, 혹은 정책 공백이 발생하지 않도록 협력하고 조정하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 이 연구는 우리나라 아동청소년 건강정책을 중심으로, 여러 부처에 걸쳐 있는 건강정책의 내용과 범위, 이에 따른 중복과 사각지대 등을 파악하고 거버넌스 측면에서의 문제점을 심층적으로 분석하였다. 과연 ‘누가’ ‘어떻게’ 정책을 설계 및 수행하고 있으며, 정책의 조정과 협력은 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지, 거버넌스에서 문제들을 유발하는 원인은 무엇인지 살펴보았다. |
| dc.description.abstract | In Korea's health policy, various ministries other than the Ministry of Health and Welfare are involved in the policy depending on the characteristics of the target population group or the content of the policy. Accordingly, it is very important to cooperate and coordinate so that the policies promoted by each ministry do not conflict or overlap with each other and do not create policy gaps. Focusing on health policies for school-age children and adolescents, this study identified overlaps and gaps in the content and scope of health policies across multiple ministries and examined problems in governance. |
