Abstract
의료개혁법 도입 이후 가치 기반 지불방식의 비중을 꾸준히 늘려 온 미국 보건복지부는 2016년 말까지 메디케어 의료비의 85%, 2018년까지 90%를 이 방식으로 지불하겠다는 목표를 수립했다. 이를 위해 최근 '의료비 지불방식 연구 및 실행 네트워크' 산하에 '대체지불방식체계 작업그룹'을 조직하고, 이 작업그룹에 '대체지불방식체계'를 만들어 지불제도 개혁의 성과를 측정하고 논의하는 업무를 맡겼다.
