| dc.description.abstract | 2013년에는 향후 5년간 지속적으로 추진할 새로운 중장기 보장성 강화 로드맵을 마련하는 한편, 중장기적인 건강보험 재정안정을 위해 보험료 부과대상과 부과요소를 확대하고 추가적인 신규재원 확보를 위한 노력도 지속적으로 추진해나가야 한다. 나아가 진료비 지출을 안정적으로 예측하고 관리할 수 있는 진료비 지불제도 개선이나 진료비 총량을 고려한 새로운 환산지수 계약 방식 등에 대한 논의가 필요하다. |
