Abstract
This study is to explore relevant ICF 2 level codes for persons with disabilities in Korea are based on the Registration System. The purpose of study attempts to confirm how Each code and category in the health and health-related components(body function, body structure, activity and participation, environmental factor) describes the health status of persons with disabilities registered in Korea. The Delphi research is performed as study method to deprived relevant codes by 50 medical doctors on body functions and body structures, and 66 rehabilitation or social work field experts and persons with disability themselves on activities and participations and environmental factors. According to disability types and impairment character, the experts’ advisory is added in making decision of relevant codes. The results are as followed. The relevant ICF 2 level codes take different distribution in components in accordance with 15 disability types. Especially, persons with Brain lesion, Autism, Mental disabilities have relevance to 2 level codes comprehensively. This study have the implications of integrated and interdisciplinary approach to achieve informations about health related states.
