| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 최근 여성음주자가 증가하고 있고 이에 따른 임신 중 음주가 문제시 되고 있어서 임신 중 음주정도와 음주에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악해보고자 시도되었다. 이러한 연구 목적을 위하여 2008년 5월 7일부터 20일까지 광주시에 거주하고 산부인과와 보건소를 방문한 임신부 총 173명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료는 SAS version9.1.3를 이용하여 분석하였고, 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 임신부의 14.45%가 임신 중 음주를 하고 있었으며, 모친의 음주문제, 첫음주 시기, 임신전 음주, 임신 중 음주에 대한 태도, 산전 음주예방교육의 필요성, 음주기대가 임신 중 음주와 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 최종 확인한 임신 중 음주에 영향을 미치는 변인은 임신 중 음주에 대한 태도(OR=0.15, p |
| dc.description.abstract | This study was conducted to offer some scopes that are needed in developing strategies for preventing drinking during pregnancy. Specifically, the factors affecting on pregnant women's alcohol use were analyzed based on the survey carried out between May 7 and May 20 of 2008 with self-reported questionnaires.
