Abstract
This article focuses on the analysis of disability discourse in Korean society through the points of issue emerging from the process of enactment of Code of Practice(Disability Discrimination Act: DDA). Through this study, it has been explored that the disability discourses exist in various forms and that they collide or compete with one another in a differnt context. As a conclusion it is emphasised that most importantly Disability Discrimination Act should play a key role in spreading counter-discourse of disability in a legal system. For doing that, DDA should be a legal mechanism through which the ways to gurantee the rights of disabled people can be positively developed.
