| dc.description.abstract | 사회복지 측면에서 볼 때 현 정권은 전 정권의 연장선상에서 크게 벗어나지 않을 것으로 예상했었고, 그 예상은 크게 빗나가지는 않은 듯하다. 이러한 정책적 동일 기조는 과거 정권이 해결하지 못하는 한계성이나 문제점에 대한 비판적 시각이 형성되어 있는 경우가 많기 때문에 현 정권에게는 오히려 어려운 점이 있게 된다. 즉, 과거 정권이 제시한 정책들이 기대에 미치지 못하거나 실망스러운 결과를 보일 경우 이를 현 정권에서 그대로 답습한다는 선입견이 부정적으로 인식될 수 있기 때문이다. |
