Abstract
이글은 사회적으로 취약한 계층의 노동통합을 위한 사회적 경제의 역할에 주목하고 있다. 이를 위해 유럽 각국에서 실천되고 있는 노동통합사회적기업들(Work Integration Social Enterprises, WISEs)의 활동을 그것들의 유형과 현황 그리고 공공정책과의 관계 등을 중심으로 살펴보고, 이 분야의 한국적 사회적 기업 정착의 가능성과 전망을 모색해보도록 한다.
