dc.description.abstract본 연구는 취업 노인의 최장기 근로직종 일치 여부가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 직종별로 비교하여 살펴보았다. 분석을 위해 2023 전국 노인실태조사를 활용하였고 성향점수 매칭분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 취업 노인이 최장기 근로직종에 종사할 경우, 최장기 근로직종이 아닌 경우에 비해, 직무만족도를 유의하게 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전문·관리·사무직 및 서비스·판매직에 종사하는 노인은 최장기 근로직종과 일치할 경우, 최장기 근로직종이 아닌 경우에 비해, 직무만족도를 유의하게 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 농림어업, 기능원·장치기계조립종사, 단순노무직에 종사하는 취업 노인의 경우, 최장기 근로직종 일치 여부와 직무만족도 간 유의한 관계를 보이지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 생애노동경력을 활용한 고령자 노동정책과 적합직종 발굴에 대하여 제언하였다.
dc.description.abstractThis study examined the impact of the longest-held job on job satisfaction among employed elderly individuals, comparing different occupations. Data from the 2023 National Survey of Older Koreans were analyzed using propensity score matching and multiple regression methods. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, job satisfaction was significantly higher for employed seniors who remained in their longest-held job compared to those who did not. Second, elderly workers in professional, managerial, administrative, and service/sales occupations experienced a significant increase in job satisfaction when they continued working in their longest-held job. On the other hand, for those employed in agriculture, forestry, fishery, craft/equipment operation, and elementary occupations, no significant relationship was found between continued engagement in the longest-held job and job satisfaction. These findings suggest the need to develop suitable employment opportunities and labor policies for the elderly, leveraging their lifetime work experience.
