| dc.description.abstract | 이 연구는 사회복지 국고보조사업의 재원 분담구조를 체계적으로 정리하고, 재원 분담구조를 결정하는 ‘국고보조방식’, ‘국고보조율’ 그리고 ‘지방비 부담 비율’을 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 활용하여 사회복지 국고보조사업의 재원 분담구조를 개선하기 위한 대안을 모색하여 제시하였다. |
