dc.description.abstract	본 연구는 지역사회 변화에 따른 다양한 사회적 이슈와 지역 주민의 욕구를 반영하여 지역사회보장정책을 수립하는 것은 지방정부의 중요한 책무로 대두되고 있으나, 많은 지자체의 복지정책은 지역사회 변화와 지역 주민의 구체적인 욕구를 충분히 반영하지 못하는 한계가 있어 이에 대한 개선이 필요하다는 문제의식에서 출발하였다. 그리고 이런 문제의식하에, 지역사회 변화와 지역사회보장정책 간의 연관성을 진단하여, 향후 지역사회보장정책 수립의 지향점을 제시하고자 하였다.
dc.description.abstract	This study originates from a recognition that, while establishing community welfare policies responsive to various social issues and the needs of local residents emerging from community changes is an important responsibility of local governments, many municipalities’ welfare policies fail to adequately reflect community changes and the specific needs of residents. To address this gap, the study examines the relationship between community changes and community welfare policies, aiming to propose future directions for developing community welfare policies.
