Abstract
급격한 인구 고령화와 의료자원 공급은 의료이용을 증가시켰고 의료이용 질병도 만성질환 구조를 갖게 되었다. 노령연령층은 의료를 가장 많이 소비하는 연령층으로 보건의료정책에서 중요하게 다루어져야 할 연령층이다. 인구 고령화에 대응한 의료체계와 의료이용 증가를 완화 시키는 노력이 필요하다.
