Policy standards for managing the risk factors related to the Korean welfare state(3rd Year)

Abstract

This study is the third-year research project aimed at identifying policy criteria for effective government social spending management. In this research, we examine the relationship between public social expenditure and fiscal rules in European welfare states to find policy implications. Additionally, we aim to enhance the methodology and analysis data for measuring the required amount of government social spending, reflecting public demand and willingness to pay, and to assess its applicability as a policy tool for diagnosing the appropriateness of the spending level.
