Abstract
지난 7월 1일부터 노인장기요양보험제도가 시행되었다. 노인인구 비율이 2008년을 기점으로 10.3%에 달하여 최초로 두 자리 숫자에 이르고, 치매와 중풍에 시달리는 노인들의 비율이 점차 늘어가고 있다는 사실을 생각하면 참으로 의미있는 시작이 아닐 수 없다.
