| dc.description.abstract | 이 연구의 목적은 만성질환 관리를 위한 가치 향상 측정 방법과 환자 중심 서비스 모형 평가에 대한 최근까지의 근거를 종합하고, 국내외 관련 동향을 파악하며, 건강보험의 일차의료 만성질환 관리 시범사업의 가치기반 성과를 분석함으로써 현재 운영 모형의 한계와 개선 방향을 살펴보고 한국 의료시스템 혁신의 필수 기반으로서 일차의료 중심의 만성질환 관리체계를 구축하기 위한 혁신 과제를 제안하는 것이다. |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to comprehensively review recent evidence on methods for enhancing value measurement in chronic disease management and evaluating patient-centered service models. It aims to grasp domestic and international trends, analyze the value-based outcomes of Korea's primary care chronic disease management pilot project under health insurance, and examine the current operational model's limitations and improvement directions. The study proposes innovation tasks to establish a primary care-centered chronic disease management system as an essential foundation for innovating the Korean healthcare system. |
