dc.description.abstract	- 아동수당은 「아동수당법」에 근거하여 2018년 9월 소득 인정액 90% 이하 가구의 6세 미만 아동을 대상으로 선택적으로 도입되었음. 2019년 1월부터는 보편적 제도로 확장되었고, 2022년 1월부터 7세까지로 대상이 확대되어 추진되고 있음. - 아동수당은 식·간식비, 유아동용품비, 자녀를 위한 저축(보험)이나 투자(주식 등) 비용, 교육비(학원비 등) 등의 순으로 지출되었음. - 아동수당에 대한 전반적인 만족도는 10점 척도에서 5.7점 내외로 나타나 보통보다 약간 높은 수준임. 아동수당이 자녀출산에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다고 응답한 비율은 50%를 약간 상회함. - 아동수당이 아동의 기본권을 보장하고 저출산 대책으로서 실효성 있게 실행되기 위해서는 지원 대상과 금액의 확대를 지속적으로 추진해 나갈 필요가 있음.
