dc.description.abstract	국내 인구이동 현상을 인구학적 관점에서 체계적으로 분석하고, 그 경향성을 파악하고자 인구이동(migration), 인구이동자(migrants), 그리고 지역(origin & destination)이라는 각각의 접근을 통해 인구이동에 대한 종합적 이해를 구성함. 국내 인구이동의 전반적인 특성은 7가지 주제로 나누어 분석함. 전체 인구이동량의 감소, 지역들의 실제 인구변화 정도, 인구위기 지역별 인구이동 특성, 단계별 연쇄이동 가설 확인, 지방 청년 유출에서의 젠더적 양상, 인구위기 지역의 인구이동 양상의 진전, 인구위기 지역 유출입 인구의 특성 분석, 인구위기 지역의 인구이동이 지역에 미치는 총체적 위험성등이 주요 연구결과임. 이를 통해. 지역 인구위기에 대한 대응은 인구이동과 지역 간 관계 구조에 대한 총체적 이해 속에서 대안을 마련해야 한다는 점을 강조함.
dc.description.abstract	In order to systematically analyze the phenomenon of internal migration from a demographic perspective and identify its trends, this study constructs a comprehensive understanding of internal migration through the respective approaches of migration flows, migrants, and regions (origin & destination). The overall characteristics of internal migration are analyzed under seven themes. The main findings include the decline in total migration, the actual extent of population change in regions, the characteristics of migration in population crisis regions, confirmation of the cascading migration hypothesis, the gender dimension of rural youth outflows, the evolution of migration in population crisis regions, analysis of the characteristics of migrants moving in and out of population crisis regions, and the aggregate socio-economic impacts of migration on population crisis regions. These findings emphasize that responses to regional population crises have to be based on a comprehensive understanding of population movements and the structure of inter-regional relations.
