dc.description.abstract	이 연구는 인구고령화에 따른 최근 고령층 범죄피해의 특성을 분석한 후 고령 범죄피해자의 보호가 적절히 이루어지고 있는지 정책 현황을 검토하고 제도 개선 지점을 파악하고자 한다. 이를 토대로 연구진은 사회정책 관점에서 초고령사회에 대응하는 고령 범죄피해자의 보호 지원 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 연구진은 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 선행연구 검토, 대검찰청 2000-2021년 범죄분석DB을 이용한 양적 분석, 고령자 보호 및 범죄피해 보호 지원 기관 종사자 19명 대상 질적 분석, 전문가 자문 등을 실시한다
dc.description.abstract	After analyzing recent trends in crime victimization among the elderly, attributed to the aging population, this study investigates the current policy landscape aimed at safeguarding elderly crime victims. Its goal is to pinpoint areas within the system that require improvement. Drawing from these insights, the researchers seek to propose strategies to enhance support for elderly crime victims in the context of a society experiencing a growing elderly population, examining these issues through the lens of social policy. To achieve these research objectives, the study incorporates a thorough literature review, a quantitative analysis utilizing data from the Supreme Prosecutors' Office’s Statistical Analysis on Crime spanning 2000 to 2021, a qualitative inquiry involving interviews with 19 professionals from organizations dedicated to supporting elderly and crime victims, and consultations with subject matter experts.
