| dc.description.abstract | 인구 고령화와 재정적 압박으로 늦은 퇴직을 장려하기 위해 연금정책과 기타 사회 프로그램을 개혁했고, 현재도 개혁을 진행 중이다. 이러한 개혁 중 상당수는 조기 퇴직에 대한 페널티를 강화하는 것임을 고려하면, 중년층의 비자발적 실질과 노동 불안정성 양상을 진단하고, 이로 인해 야기되는 노동 궤적 및 소득에 미치는 효과들을 살펴보는 것은 중요한 문제이다. 분석결과, 이른 나이의 비자발적 퇴직과 노동 생애에 걸친 불안정을 경험하는 중년층의 비율이 높음을 확인하였다. 그리고 이러한 직업 상실 및 노동 불안정은 이후 이들의 노동궤적뿐 아니라 소득에도 지속적인 부정적 효과를 야기할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 중년층의 비자발적 실직 경험, 이로 인해 유발되는 노동 생애 불안정을 경험한 근로자를 노동시장으로 재통합하는 것은 노동시장뿐 아니라 사회정책의 주요 과제임을 제시하고자 한다. |
| dc.description.abstract | We looked at the working-life instability of the middle-aged, explored how it would affect their labor trajectories and income, and discussed potential support policies. The negative effects on the labor market trajectory and income due to job loss and unstable labor for people in their late-40s and early-50s, as observed in this study, highlight a significant societal issue. Involuntary unemployment from the career job leads to subsequent losses in employment trajectory and income confirms that reintegrating workers who have experienced involuntary early retirement into the labor market is a major task not only for the labor market but also for social policy. |
