dc.description.abstract	2008년 글로벌 경제 위기 이후 주요 국가들의 출산율은 하락하고 있으며 출산을 둘러싼 환경도 과거와 달라지고 있다. 새롭게 등장하고 있는 출산력 결정 요인을 파악하고 이에 대하여 우리나라 가임기 남녀들이 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 글로벌 경제 위기 이후 외국이 추진하고 있는 정책 현황과 동향을 검토하고, 최근 환경 변화에 대응하여 우리나라의 저출산 대응 정책의 방향성을 재 모색하는 것이 요청된다. 본 연구에서는 2008년 글로벌 경제 위기 이후 현재까지 나타나고 있는 주요 국가들의 출산율 변동을 분석하고, 전통적인 출산 결정 요인과 함께 새롭게 대두되고 있는 요인들을 파악하여, 이에 대한 우리나라 가임기 청년들의 인식을 확인하였다. 또한, 주요 국가들의 정책 현황과 최근 동향을 살펴보고 각 국가의 정책적인 노력에서 시사점을 강구하여 우리나라 저출산 대응 정책 추진을 위한 제언을 제공하였다.
dc.description.abstract	Since the global economic crisis in 2008, global fertility rates have declined overall, and few countries are expected to see an increase in fertility rates in the near future. In Korea, recent fertility fluctuations have been driven by traditional fertility determinants, and changes in these determinants have led to the emergence of new fertility determinants. This study analyzes fertility rate changes in major countries since the 2008 global economic crisis, identifies new factors that have emerged alongside traditional determinants of fertility, and examines the perceptions of Korean youth of childbearing age.
