Abstract
It is well known fact that meal care service for older adults having nutritional vulnerability can prevent them from getting severe disease and promote independent aging in place(AIP). This research develops a new meal needs survey to deliver meal care service catering to individual need, To figures out its applicability in real-world setting, author apply this tool to three different older groups. Based on the results of field study, authors suggest various ways to raise its useage in Korea.
