dc.description.abstract	데이터 기반 정책 수립이 중요해짐에 따라 지역사회보장계획의 수립·평가 등의 영역에서 데이터를 활용한 객관적 정책 관리를 강조하고 있다. 관련 법률에 근거하여 지역사회보장균형발전지원센터에서는 지역사회보장계획에 대한 데이터를 수집·관리·제공하는 기능을 수행하고 있다. 이는 데이터에 근거한 지역사회보장 정책 추진의 중요한 기반이라 볼 수 있으나 지역사회보장계획 데이터의 품질, 데이터 관리 체계 등의 한계로 인하여 해당 데이터가 가지는 가치가 충분히 발현되지 못하고 있다. 이에 따라 지역사회보장계획 데이터의 특성을 바탕으로 현시점에서 관리되고 있는 데이터의 수준을 진단해 보고자 하였다. 이를 통하여 지역사회보장계획 관련 데이터의 체계적 관리와 활용성 제고를 위한 방안 등에 대한 과제를 논의하고자 하였다.
dc.description.abstract	With the importance of data-based policymaking growing, using data is increasingly considered essential to policy management in establishing and evaluating the Community Social Security Plan. The relevant law stipulates that the Center for Community Welfare Policy collect, manage, and provide data on the Community Welfare Plan. While these functions are an important part of the foundation for making and implementing evidence-based social security policies at local levels, the data, because of the limitations in its quality and the way it is managed, has not been utilized to its full potential. This study evaluates the quality of the data and discusses how the management and use the data can be improved.
