Abstract
올 7월 1일부터 시행될 장애인연금의 의의를 살펴보고 향후 제도의 발전적 과제를 제시하였다. 급여수준에 있어 기초급여를 10%까지 향상시키기 위한 구체적인 계획을 수립하고, 부가급여는 추가비용보전이라는 성격에 맞게 조절할 필요성을 제기하였고, 급여대상을 대폭 확대할 것을 제안하였다. 운영에 있어서는 통합운영의 필요성에 동감하였다.
