| dc.description.abstract | 오늘날 우리나라는 환경오염과 이로 인한 질병, 과도한 스트레스로 인한 정신질환 등 도시화로 인한 여러 가지 문제들에 직면하고 있으며, 이러한 문제들을 예방하고 치료하기 위해서는 관련된 부문들의 협력이 필수적이다. 즉, 사람을 둘러싼 물리적, 사회적, 경제적환경에 대한 개입이 필요하며 따라서 보건의료체계와 이를 관할하는 보건복지부만의 노력으로는 해결하기 어렵다고 할 수 있다. 건강도시는 건강을 결정하는 여러 차원의 환경의 중요성을 강조하며 부문간 협력을 통해 건강문제를 예방하고 해결하고자 하는 대안이다. 2004년 이후 건강도시를 천명한 도시의 수는 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 이러한 수적인 증가와 함께 건강도시를 질적으로 발전시키기 위해서는 연구 및 개발, 부문간 협력 전략의 수립, 장기사업에 대한 지원, 그리고 혁신 진작의 기전 개발이 이루어져야 할 것이다. |
