Abstract
새로운 경제위기가 시작된 지 짧지 않은 기간이 지났지만 의료안전망 논의는 충분하지 않다. 논의가 필요 없을 정도로 문제가 적거나 안전망이 완전한 것이 아니라면 우선순위나 관심의 문제일 가능성이 크다. 그렇다면 작은 소리를 듣고 희미한 것을 보는 정책적 민감성이야말로 구체적인 방안 이상으로 중요할 것이다.
