Abstract
우리나라는 OECD 국가 중 유일하게 ‘업무 외 질병이나 부상에 대한 소득보장제도’가 실시되지 않고 있습니다. 하지만 국민은 팬데믹 사태를 겪으며 상병수당제도의 필요성을 체감하였고, 국가는 이에 응답하여 상병수당제도 도입을 약속했는데요. 올해 7월 시범사업을 시작으로 점차 확대 될 상병수당제도, 구체적으로 어떤 제도인지 알아볼까요?
