| dc.description.abstract | 이 글은 최근 추진되고 있는 사회적 기업 지원정책과 관련해서 사회서비스 공급확대정책과의 관련성이 강조되는 상황에서, 정책의 잠재력과 한계를 언급하고 해결방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 사회적 기업은 전통적으로 비영리민간부문의 적극적인 역할, 정부의 사회서비스 공급정책 등이 유기적으로 연계될 때, 성과를 나타낼 수 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 이 점에서 최근 우리사회에서 사회서비스 공급확대가 이루어지고 있는 상황은 사회적 기업의 발전에 우호적인 환경이라고 말할 수 있다. 하지만 역으로 우리사회의 사회적 기업은 발전에 필요한 여건이 취약하다는 점에 주목해야 한다. 더 나아가 비영리민간부문의 자율성을 강화할 수 있는 방안이 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 따라서 정부지원에 의존하기보다 사회적 기업으로서의 자율성을 강화할 수 있는 방안에 대한 모색이 중요한 의미를 가질 것이다. |
