1인 가구가 늘어나고 가족의 역할이 줄어든 저출산 고령화 사회. 증가하는 사회적 위험 속에 사회가 함께 책임지는 돌봄 사회서비스가 주목받고 있습니다. K 방역으로 주목받는 대한민국의 보건복지 서비스, 이제는 코로나19가 가져온 변화의 시대에 맞게 국민 누구나 누릴 수 있는 돌봄 서비스가 제공되기 위한 정책방향을 만들어 나가야 합니다.
