OECD 36개국 중 공공 상병수당이 없는 국가는 우리나라와 미국뿐. 상병수당 도입은 노동자들의 경제적 보장과 건강권 보장을 위해 우선되어야 할 과제이며, 이것은 나아가 아픈 노동자의 쉴 권리 보장을 위한 첫걸음이 될 것입니다.
