OECD 국가 중 병가를 법으로 명시하지 않은 유일한 국가가 우리나라라는 사실을 알고 계셨나요? 근로기준법에 병가와 함께 상병수당을 도입한다면 노동자들이 아플 때 쉴 수 있는 권리를 보장함과 동시에 생활을 유지할 수 있는 토대를 마련할 수 있을 것입니다.
