Abstract
국민의 식품안전에 많은 관심을 기울이고 있음에도 불구하고 산업화, 환경오염 등으로 아크릴아마이드, 벤조피렌 등 신종 유해물질 발생, 분유의 시카자키균, 중국산 수입식품 문제, 녹차에서의 농약검출, 태안 기름유출사고로 인한 수산물 오염 우려 등 크고 작은 식품안전 문제들이 잇달아 발생하였습니다.
