| dc.description.abstract | 윤석열정부는 2022년 출범 이후, 약자복지의 정책기조 위에서 민간 주도의 사회서비스 혁신정책을 추진하고 있다. 이 글은 이러한 사회서비스 정책방향성을 토대로, 국정과제로 구체화되었던 윤석열정부의 핵심적인 사회서비스 정책의 추진 현황을 진단하고 향후 전망과 과제를 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 이 글은 아동, 노인, 장애인으로 대별되는 인구집단별 핵심 사회서비스 정책 및 이를 포괄하는 사회서비스정책일반으로 구분하고, 각 영역에서 국정과제를 통해 제시되었던 핵심적인 정책과제의 추진 배경 및 경과를 분석하고 주요 쟁점과 향후 과제를 논의하였다. |
| dc.description.abstract | Since its inauguration in 2022, the Yoon Seok-Yeol government has been pursuing a policy of innovating private sector-led social services under the principle “welfare for the weak.” This article aims to examine the prospects and main tasks of the Yoon Seok-Yeol government’s social policy, focusing on the national agenda items. This article addresses the background and progress in population-group-specific social service policies for children, the elderly, and the disabled. Also, the paper discusses key policy tasks and significant issues to improve social service policies in Korea. |
