dc.description.abstract소아청소년암 경험자들은 암 치료로 인해 다양한 후기효과와 건강 문제를 자주 겪지만, 건강 지식의 부족으로 건강 증진 행동의 중요성을 인식하지 못할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 소아청소년암 경험자들의 건강 증진 행동을 증진하기 위한 집단교육을 실험집단 10명과 비교집단 10명을 대상으로 4주간에 걸쳐 실시하여 변화를 측정하는 사전·사후 실험설계를 실시하였다. 집단교육의 개입 이후 실험집단은 암 관련 건강 지식 정도가 통계적으로 유의미하게 증진되었다. 실험집단을 대상으로 실시한 초점집단면접을 통해서는 집단교육 이후 자신에 대한 이해가 증진되고 건강 증진 행동이 도모되었다고 보고되었다. 본 연구를 통해 소아청소년암 경험자의 건강 관련 지식과 건강 증진 행동을 향상시키는 데 있어 집단 교육을 통한 개입의 중요성을 강조하였다.
dc.description.abstractSurvivors of childhood and adolescent cancer often experience late effects and health problems resulting from cancer treatments. However, they may not be aware of the importance of health-promoting behaviors due to a lack of health-related knowledge. In this study, 4 weeks of group education on improving health-promoting behaviors among survivors of childhood and adolescent cancer were implemented with 10 participants in an experimental group and 10 participants in a comparison group using a pre–post experimental design. The experimental group showed a statistically significant improvement in the level of cancer-related health knowledge; the comparison group showed no significant changes before and after the intervention. The experimental group participated in a focus group and reported that after group education, their self-awareness and health-promoting behavior improved. This study suggests the importance of group educational interventions in improving health-related knowledge and health-promoting behavior among survivors of childhood and adolescent cancer.
