dc.description.abstract	2021년 독일 연방정부는 장애인에게 특정 제품 및 서비스에 대한 접근성을 보장하기 위한 법적 토대로 「접근성 강화법(Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz)」을 제정하였다. 이 법은 유럽연합의 「유럽 접근성법(European Accessibility Act)」을 독일의 국내법으로 도입하고자 제정한 것으로, 2025년 6월 28일에 발효될 예정이다. 그러나 독일 내 많은 사회단체와 장애인단체는 제정 논의 시부터 시행 유예기간인 현재까지 「접근성강화법」에 대해 다양한 측면에서 비판을 제기하고 있다. 이 글에서는 독일 「접근성강화법」의 주요 규정들을 살펴보고 이에 대한 비판적 논의들을 파악한 후, 이러한 논의가 우리나라의 장애인 접근성 제고에 시사하는 바를 분석하고자 한다.
