| dc.description.abstract | - 코로나19 범유행 기간에 고혈압·당뇨병 환자는 질환 관리를 어떻게 했으며 미충족 의료 경험이 있었는지 조사하기 위해 2021년 8월 전국 고혈압·당뇨병 환자 500명을 대상으로 전화 설문조사를 실시하였음. - 고혈압 환자의 8.1%, 당뇨병 환자의 5.4%만이 지난 1년간 고혈압·당뇨병 외래진료를 받지 않거나 연기한 적이 있었다고 응답하여, 코로나19 유행 기간에 고혈압·당뇨병에 대한 진료와 처방약 복용은 정상적으로 이루어진 것으로 보임. - 그러나 고혈압·당뇨병 환자의 17.1%가 의과 미충족 의료를, 19.2%가 치과 미충족 의료를 경험하였음. 코로나19 감염에 대한 우려가 미충족 의료의 주요 원인이었음. - 코로나19 범유행이 개인과 국가의 만성질환 관리에 미치는 영향을 최소화하기 위해서는 의료진과 환자의 의사소통 강화, 합병증 검사 지원, 지역사회 프로 그램 활성화 등 적극적인 노력이 필요함. |
