OECD 국가들의 평균 국민부담률은 36.7%인데 반해 우리나라는 24.1%이다. 중요한 것은 OECD 국가의 복지수준을 누리기 위해서는 성장과 함께 국민부담의 증가가 수반되며 이것이 비전 2030이 제안하고 있는 우리들의 선택이다
