Abstract
급격한 저출산 속도로 인해 미래시대를 맞이하기 위한 인적자원이 고갈될 가능성이 우려되고 있다. 앞으로 정부는 단기적 출산율 제고라는 좁은 시야에서 탈피하여 `출산ㆍ육아ㆍ교육ㆍ주택ㆍ고용ㆍ가족정책` 등 전분야에 걸쳐 출산ㆍ육아친화적인 환경을 구축하기 위한 종합대책을 마련해 나갈 예정이다.
