dc.description.abstract	이 연구는 가정폭력 대응서비스 분야의 인력운용 실태를 가정폭력상담소의 종사자를 중심으로 살펴본다. 가정폭력상담소의 핵심 업무는 피해자 상담 업무이다. 상담서비스는 상담원의 전문적 역량에 의존하는 업무이다. 그러나 전문적 역량 제고를 위한 제도적 지침과 지원은 매우 부족하다. 이에 상담원들은 개인적인 수단을 사용하여 별도의 교육을 받거나 학위과정을 이수하는 대안을 강구하고 있었다. 상담원의 급여 수준은 매우 낮았고 급여체계는 경력과 근속연수를 보상하지 못하는 평평한 체계였다. 극단적으로 낮은 급여 수준은 높은 이직률로 나타나고 있었다. 급여체계의 현실화와 전문성 향상을 위한 지원이 필요하다.
dc.description.abstract	This study examines the situation of service providers in the domestic violence response service field, focusing on the workers of domestic violence counseling centers. The core task of the Domestic Violence Counseling Center is to provide counseling for victims. However, institutional guidelines and support for enhancing professional competence are lacking. Accordingly, counselors seek alternative ways of receiving education or completing a degree program using personal means. The level of salaries of counselors was very low, and the salary system was a flat rate pay system that did not compensate for experience and years of service. Support is needed to raise the salary level and enhance professionalism.
