Abstract
정보통신기술을 활용하는 원격의료는 농어촌, 도서벽지 등 지리적인 의료취약지역, 사회적 취약계층 등 전통적인 공공의료의 대상에 대하여 효과적인 수단을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 새로운 서비스도 창출하여 공공보건의료서비스의 질을 향상시킬 것이다.
