Abstract
가격정책이란 말 그대로 담배 가격과 관련한 정책으로 그 대표적인 것이 담배가격을 인상하는 일이며 비가격정책이란 가령 청소년들에게 담배판매를 못하게 하거나 흡연장소를 제한함으로써 처음부터 흡연을 못하게 하거나 흡연을 하던 사람들은 금연을 하도록 하는 일을 말한다.
