⧠ Research Aims － The primary purpose of this research is to produce statistics on poverty and inequality using the most reliable source of data about household income and expenditure in Korea. ⧠ Main Results － With 50% of median income, poverty rate based on market income is 21.4% and 16.3% by disposable income in 2019. － Poverty ratio, based on consumption, tend to decrease continuously since 2016.
