| dc.description.abstract | 이 연구는 정신건강복지서비스를 제공하는 인력에 초점을 두어 이들의 근무환경과 서비스 제공 경험을 이해하고 이들을 보호 및 지원하기 위한 전략들을 모색하였다. 정신건강복지서비스 제공 인력은 인력 부족, 고용 불안정성, 열악한 근무 환경 등으로 인해 양질의 서비스를 제공하기 어려운 상황이었다. 특히 서비스를 제공하면서 안전과 관련한 여러 위협, 소진, 신체 및 정신건강 문제를 경험하고 있었다. 이 연구는 실제 서비스를 제공하는 인력들의 목소리를 담기 위해 노력하였으며, 정신건강복지서비스 제공 인력들에게 필요한 전략들을 제안하고 있다. |
| dc.description.abstract | Mental health policies have focused on how to ensure that users or consumers can use quality services in a user-friendly environment. However, there was relatively little interest in what kind of environment the people who actually provide services to people experiencing mental health problems are working. In addition, there was little interest in the experiences of these providers in providing mental health services. Therefore, this study aims to understand the work environment and the experience of providing mental health service of mental health service providers. In addition, it aims to derive strategies to protect personnel providing mental health services and to support their recovery. This study finds that mental health service providers are experiencing difficulties in providing quality services due to the lack of manpower, instability in employment, and poor working conditions. In addition, it was confirmed that they are experiencing various threats to safety, exhaustion, and problems of physical and mental health while providing services. This study tried to capture the voices of the people who actually provide mental health services, and it presents the strategies needed for the people who provide mental health services. |
