Incorporating Technologies into Big Data-based Health and Welfare Policies(Ⅱ)

Abstract

2020 is the year when the global spread of the Corona 19 virus has led to drastic changes in our lives, such as the use of the term “post-corona 19”. The demand for non-face-to-face services has been increasing since Corona 19, which is summarized as “New Normalization of Non-face-to-face, De-globalization and localization of non-face-to-face, everydayization of risks, and systematic response to science and technology in health care,” and the importance of new technologies has been further highlighted. Technology can create new added value even with a single technology, but it can fuse with each other to create another new technology, and its utility value doubles when well linked with policy. The purpose of this study is to draw up measures to narrow the gap between the two so that health and welfare policies and science and technology can be well connected and converged based on big data, assuming that new technologies can enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of health and welfare policies. Research on establishing a convergence system between big data-based health and welfare policies and technologies is a mid-term task planned for three years. This year, the research was conducted in the second year, and the main issues were derived based on the research contents of the first year and the contents were organized around the case study. If this study examines and prepares matters to be considered in advance before applying new technologies in the health and welfare field, the health and welfare policy can contribute to improving the quality of people's lives.
