dc.description.abstract	코로나19가 우리 사회 소득분배 및 빈곤에 준 영향을 살펴보고, 포용성장을 위해 대상별로 시행할 수 있는 정책지원 방안이 무엇인지 제시하고자 하였다. 통계청의 가계동향조사 및 기타 조사기관 등에서 발표한 사회경제적 통계를 기반으로 분석한 결과, 전통적 취약계층의 경제 상황은 더 나빠졌으며, 나아가 코로나19로 인한 노동시장 악화로 30~40대 청장년층 및 소득 2~3분위의 중간계층까지 영향을 받은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 현상으로 기존 사회안전망 제도의 사각지대가 더 확대되는 상황이며, 이에 따라 이들에 대한 세부적인 정책 대안을 제시하였다. 현 시점에서 가장 시급한 정책 대안은 빈곤 및 취약계층 지원 확대라 할 수 있다. 즉, 코로나19 위기 계층에 대한 주거 취약계층 보호 강화, 취약계층에 대한 급식지원 방안 마련 등 사회안전망 확대를 통한 지원이 강화될 필요가 있다. 또한 제안된 세부적 정책 대응과 더불어 향후 코로나19와 같은 위기 상황에도 유연하게 작용할 수 있는 소득보장체계를 종합적으로 살펴볼 필요가 있다.
