| dc.description.abstract | · 최근 글로벌 시장에서 신약의 특성은 중증 질환 치료제 증가, 고가화, 의사 결정에 필요한 근거의 불확실성 등으로 요약됨. 2007~2018년 국내에서 허가된 신약 570개를 분석한 결과, 이러한 경향이 동일하게 관찰되었음. · 신약에서 항암제가 차지하는 비율이 상승하고 근거의 불확실성이 커지면서 항암제 급여에서 위험분담제가 일반화되고 있음. 신약이 시장에서 채택되는 속도가 점점 빨라지고 약품비 지출에 미치는 영향도 커지고 있음. · 향후 신약의 불확실성을 관리하면서 혁신적 신약에 대한 접근성을 보장하고 재정의 지속성을 확보할 수 있는 정책이 요구됨. |
