| dc.description.abstract | · 글로벌 인구 이동 확산에 따라 감염병 경로가 국경을 넘나들며 다양하고 복잡해지고 있어 감염병 관리 체계에서 국경과 인구 이동에 대한 관점의 중요성이 강조되고 있음. · 이 글은 국제이주기구(IOM)가 제시한 ‘보건·국경·이동 관리(HBMM)’ 체계를 검토하여 국제 인구 이동에 따른 감염병의 예방·관리를 위해 요청되는 정책적 제언을 제시하였음. · 국제적인 인구 이동을 통한 감염병 확산 우려가 증폭된 현시점에서 국내 보건의료 체계는 다양하고 복잡해진 국제적 이동에 대한 이해와 정보에 기초하여 정책 방안을 강구해야 할 것임. |
