| dc.description.abstract | 생애 초기의 소아암 경험은 이후 생애 전반에 걸쳐 경험자와 가족 모두에게 영향을 미치기에 이들을 위한 심리사회적 서비스가 중요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 소아암 경험자와 보호자의 부적응과 관련된 취약성은 무엇이며, 치료 궤적에 따른 심리사회적 서비스 요구는 무엇인지 탐색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 치료가 종료된 소아암 경험자 10명과 보호자 10명을 대상으로 4개 집단을 구성하여 초점집단토론을 실시하였고, 그 결과를 분석하였다. 개인과 가족의 취약성으로 ①가족 지지체계의 부족, ②개인 낙관성의 부족, ③질병 특성 등이 도출되었으며, 외상 초기에는 ①정보제공 서비스가, 치료 진행단계에서는 ②가족지원 서비스, ③내실화된 경제적 지원, ④심리정서적 지지 서비스, ⑤병실생활 지원 서비스가, 장기적 관리단계에서는 ⑥체계적 교육지원과 ⑦대안교육체계 도입 등의 서비스 필요성 관련 주제가 도출되었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 소아암 경험자와 가족을 위한 심리사회적 서비스 개발을 위한 함의를 논의하였다. |
| dc.description.abstract | Psychosocial service is critical in cancer treatment because childhood cancer experience affects not only the childhood cancer survivors but also their caregivers throughout life. The purpose of this study is to explore vulnerabilities related to psychosocial maladjustment of childhood cancer survivors and their caregivers, and psychosocial services needs based on the cancer trajectory. Focus group discussions were conducted with 4 groups of 10 childhood cancer survivors and 10 caregivers. Thematic analysis revealed 3 vulnerabilities and 7 psychosocial service needs. Three vulnerabilities are (1)lack of family support, (2)lack of optimism, and (3)cancer characteristics. (1) Informative support is required at the peri-trauma stage; (2)family support, (3)financial support, (4)psycho-emotional support, and (5)hospitalization support are required at the ongoing stage; and (6)educational support and (7) alternative educational system are required at the long-term follow up stage. Based on the results of this study, the implications of the development of psychosocial services for the childhood cancer survivors and caregivers were suggested. |
